This checklist is for current issuers with a live offering (actively raising) via Reg CF, Reg A+, or Reg D 506(c) exemption on a funding portal, through a broker dealer, or direct through an attorney. Not legal or financial advice, just a starting point to help you out.

✅ Out of the Gate: Be Rested and Ready to Monitor Campaign Progress.

✅ Answer Questions on your offering page Q&A Discussion Board Promptly & Accurately.

✅ Keep Offering Page Updated.

✅ Have a Compliance List Ready (prepared by your attorney) and check all your actions against it daily throughout the entireity of the campaign.

✅ File any amendments to your Form C, Form 1-A, Form D when required.

✅ Have someone by your side throughout the live campaign.

✅ After First Investments Roll In: Track & Analyze Investments.

✅ Follow the Trail to Find Advertising & Marketing that is leading to the conversions (investors buying in).

✅ Discover the ad accounts, specific ads, messaging, materials, and mediums that are providing this ROI.

✅ Effective Paths are Discovered: Optimize and Maximize Ad Budget towards the paths that are providing ROI.

✅ Leave room for other paths... for the time being still run your other ad and marketing campaigns, just A/B Test and lower the percentage of spend. Then, phase out the paths that are still not providing ROI.

✅ If It's Not Broken, Don't Fix It: But be ready - have V2 and V3 versions of materials, graphics, infographics, social media content, messaging, and pages in the process of being built.

✅ Always Maintain Momentum: Have new ad accounts, mediums, and ads ready to be switched on as needed to keep campaign momentum going if something does stop working.

✅ If It's Not Working - Struggling? Rely on outside sources to inject new ideas in. It's easy to go in circles without outside help.
